Pro Workshop garden workshops are available in a pent or apex roof style. The pent roof Pro Workshop will always be less than 2.5 metres high and therefore not normally require planning permission, even if sited up against your neighbour's fence or boundary.
The apex roof Pro Workshop offers greater internal height but will be taller than 2.5 metres at the highest point, and will therefore require planning permission. However, if you site your Pro Workshop 2 metres or more from your neighbour's fence or boundary, the maximum height permissible without planning permission increases to 3.5 metres.
