Pro Workshop is available in a Pent or Apex roof Style The Pent Roof Pro Workshop will always be less than 2.5 metres and therefore not normally require Planning Permission (link to Planning Permission Page) even if sited up against your neighbour fence or border.
The Apex Roof Pro Workshop offers greater internal height but will be higher than 2.5metres at the highest point if the width is greater than 2.4 Metres (8 Feet) and would therefore require Planning Permission (link). However if you site your Pro Workshop Two Meters or more from your neighbours’ fence or boundary the Maximum height permissible without PP is 4 Metres

The Pent Roof is made from an industrial fully insulated 5 layer 92mm thick composite steel panel from Corus packed with high performance insulation. The inside surface (ceiling) is a very pleasing bright white powder coated finish the top layer is a Olive green vinyl coated steel
