Insulation:

The walls, floor and roof are layered and include insulated cavities and vapour barriers. Insulation upgrades are available. Water tight and weather proof, your ProWorkshop is designed for all-year-round use.

Cladding:

Our ProWorkshop garden buildings are clad in sustainably sourced Scandivanian Redwood. This material is pre-treated for a maintenance free life. We expect only a silvering colour change through the lifetime of your ProWorkshop with no compromise on the material integrity.

Flooring:

Pro Workshops are built using our unique steel backed floor sections, ensuring separation from the ground whilst creating an air space under the building - the result is a completely dry and condensation free internal space.

Walls:

The internal linings are solid, enabling shelving and fixings to be attached easily. The finish of the walls is a 9mm WBP ply wood, a highly versatile and practical material which can be easily decorated.

Roofing:

Our roofing system is engineered to be the highest quality on the market and help give great rigidity and structure to your ProWorkshop. The roof of your garden workshop takes considerable wear, contending with the elements all-year-round. Our pent roofs consist of three primary layers and two paint layers: A centre of polyurethane with 1mm of steel top and bottom makes the centre insulating layers. The top of the roof is painted with a green plasticised paint to protect it from scratches and damage, with the interior section powder coated in bright white to give the best finish.

VAT:

Our prices and quotes are fully inclusive of VAT.

Doors and Windows:

Pilkington K double glazing is fitted as standard across our selection of doors and windows using ‘extra clear’ glass for maximum light absorption. Single, French or sliding door options available as standard. An opening lozenge window is included, with a choice of square or picture windows available as upgrades. The positioning of doors and windows is in your hands using our online configurator giving you the freedom to make your ideal workshop.

Electrics and Lighting:

Internal electrics provided as standard; including lighting, heating and surface mounted track sockets.

Base Foundation:

Our unique concrete pile foundation system is included in the price of your garden workshop.

Insulation:

Your ProWorkshop is fully insulated with industry leading premium high density double-foil backed insulation.

Heating:

An oil filled heater is provided as standard to make your ProWorkshop even more comfortable in the colder winter months.

Heavy duty Flooring:

Heavy duty, easy clean grey hardened flooring is fitted as standard. This resin flooring is impermeable to oil and extra hard, preventing damage from the pressures placed upon it.
