Built to last, Pro Workshop has been designed and manufactured for a 30 year life, using a combination of carefully selected, proven materials.
A Pro Workshop will provide you with an inspirational space outside for year round use. Pro Workshops are incredibly warm, water tight and rugged .
Pro Workshops are built on our unique galvanised steel box section base frame, ensuring separation from the ground and creating an air space under the building - the result is a completely dry and condensation free internal space.
The Base Foundation – the galvanised steel box section base frame matrix will sit straight onto an existing or pre prepared concrete or slab pad (we make the final levelling adjustments). Alternatively, if there is no existing slab, just leave it all to us. We can take care of it all and install compact piled concrete foundations at an additional cost (takes a day, no mess, no skips).
Pro Workshops require no maintenance. All our wood materials, including our redwood cladding, are preserved for life and require no further treatments. All windows and doors are constructed from residential grade double glazed UPVC. Toughened, low e K glass is used throughout, together with 5 lever shoot bolt locks, ensuring maximum security and thermal efficiency.
The walls, floor and roof are layered, and include insulated cavities and vapour barriers which are built on a rugged stud frame. Internal linings are solid enabling shelving and fixings to be attached easily.
Galvanised steel apex roof supports with steel tension tie bars is a standard feature in the apex design.
The pent roof design uses as standard a 60mm thick, 5 layer, steel insulated composite roofing system as used in industrial office, factory and warehouse construction.
